  • The catering team will bring the prepped dishes to your venue, and will finish and plate on site. 
  • Serving trays are included
  • The catering team, including waiters, will handle everything from setup to cleanup. Just sit back and relax!
  • Dishes are made fresh with high-quality ingredients by our chefs, so you don’t have to buy anything
  • The catering team will be using the client’s stove, oven, workplace
  • Some amendments to the listed menu can be made to satisfy dietary requirements by liaising directly with Sumosan in the chat section after checkout

• Home-made tacos with piquant wagyu beef and lime
• Thinly sliced yellowtail with truffle yuzu vinaigrette and fresh truffle shavings

• Buba - seabass, tempura flakes, truffle jalapeño
• Sake - scottish salmon
• Maguro - blue-fin tuna

Mains:
• Wasabi prawns with golden mango and passion fruit salsa
• 24-hour miso marinated black cod
• Japanese home-baked milk bread chicken sando and fries with truffle sauce

• Sticky date pudding with vanilla ice cream

Cancellation and refund policy for this Culinary Collection:
• 3 or less days prior to the event, the refund is 0%
• 7 or less days prior to the event, the refund is 60%
• More than 7 days prior to the event, the refund is 100%

    Choose the date and time for your event. Once you book the package, we will check the availability of the provider. You will not be charged at this point, and we only hold the amount on your card.

    If the provider is available we will book the event and charge your card. You will then be connected with the provider to discuss any details.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Each catering partner has their own preparation time before they can commit to the event. At the time of checkout, you can see the next available time slots for the catering partner. This allows our catering partners ample time to prepare and ensures a seamless catering experience for you and your guests.

What happens after I checkout?

Once you checkout, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your order has been received. If a vendor accepts your order, you'll receive another email confirming your order and you will be able to chat/call the vendor on the YouCater website, iOS app or Android app.

In a rare case, if a vendor cannot accept your event we will revert your payment promptly.

What if I need to make changes to my order after it's been confirmed?

No problem! If you need to make changes to your order, simply reach out to the vendor directly through our platform. They'll do their best to accommodate your requests, depending on their availability and the timing of your event.

Is there a cancellation policy for orders?

Each vendor on our platform may have their own cancellation policy. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms outlined by the vendor before placing your order. If you need assistance or have any questions about cancellations, feel free to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp!
