  • The catering team, including pitmasters and waiters will set up everything from setup to clean up. Just sit back and relax!
  • Dishes are made fresh with high-quality ingredients by our pitmasters, so you don’t have to buy anything
  • All the disposable cutlery, crockery, glassware, plates, setup, grills, and beverages are included
  • Some amendments to the listed menu can be made to satisfy dietary requirements by liaising directly with Holy Smokes in the chat section after checkout

• Smoked salmon served with horseradish, capers, lemon wedges on a wafer biscuit

Entree:
• 12hr smoked Wagyu brisket with potato bun mini-sliders, coleslaw, BBQ sauce and various pickles

Main:
• Wagyu grassfed picanha Argentinian style served with chimichurri sauce
• Wagyu grassfed flat iron steak served with pineapples

Live Station:
• New Zealand hanged lamb racks with corn on the cob
• Wagyu grassfed tomahawks cooked over the fire with sauteed mushrooms and roasted potatoes

5. Waiting service is included. The size of your event will determine how many servers will be provided.

• 3 or less days prior to the event, the refund is 0%
• 7 or less days prior to the event, the refund is 60%
• More than 7 days prior to the event, the refund is 100%

    Choose the date and time for your event. Once you book the package, we will check the availability of the provider. You will not be charged at this point, and we only hold the amount on your card.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Each catering partner has their own preparation time before they can commit to the event. At the time of checkout, you can see the next available time slots for the catering partner. This allows our catering partners ample time to prepare and ensures a seamless catering experience for you and your guests.

What happens after I checkout?

Once you checkout, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your order has been received. If a vendor accepts your order, you'll receive another email confirming your order and you will be able to chat/call the vendor on the YouCater website, iOS app or Android app.

In a rare case, if a vendor cannot accept your event we will revert your payment promptly.

What if I need to make changes to my order after it's been confirmed?

No problem! If you need to make changes to your order, simply reach out to the vendor directly through our platform. They'll do their best to accommodate your requests, depending on their availability and the timing of your event.

Is there a cancellation policy for orders?

Each vendor on our platform may have their own cancellation policy. We recommend reviewing the cancellation terms outlined by the vendor before placing your order. If you need assistance or have any questions about cancellations, feel free to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp!
