Indulge in a casual culinary journey with catering buffet service, featuring an authentic Middle-Eastern spread.

• Traditional iftar starters including dates, soups, and homemade mezze
• Hearty mains: slow-cooked lamb, chicken musakhan, samke harra, and vegetarian couscous
• Classic desserts: Halawet El Jebn, Maamoul, and Um Ali

The catering team will handle everything from setup to cleanup. Glassware, crockery, cutlery, and full buffet setup are included.
Some amendments to the listed menu can be made to satisfy dietary requirements by liaising directly with Cateriya in the chat section after checkout.

To Break Your Fast:
• Dried fruit: Dates and dried apricots
• Assortment of bread, international and Lebanese selection

Soup:
• Lebanese lentil soup served with fried bread, cumin and lemon wedges

Salads:
• Lebanese fatoush, crispy zaatar bread, molasses and sumac vinaigrette
• Traditional Tabouleh
• Lentil oriental salad, pomegranate, mint and feta cubes
• Creamy yogurt and cucumber

Cold and Hot Starters:
• Traditional homemade hummus
• Smoked eggplant moutabbal
• Yalangi, vine leaves, baby eggplant and baby marrow

• Cheese rolls, Meat sambousek, Spinach fatayer
• Lebanese batata harra

Main Courses:
• Slow-cooked lamb leg, served with oriental rice or freekeh with minced meat and mixed nuts
• Chicken musakhan with sumac and onions, served with fresh bread
• Samke harra, tahini sauce, caramelized onions and roasted almonds
• Vegetarian couscous with chickpeas and saffron

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Each catering partner has their own preparation time before they can commit to the event. At the time of checkout, you can see the next available time slots for the catering partner. This allows our catering partners ample time to prepare and ensures a seamless catering experience for you and your guests.

What happens after I checkout?

Once you checkout, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your order has been received. If a vendor accepts your order, you'll receive another email confirming your order and you will be able to chat/call the vendor on the YouCater website, iOS app or Android app.

In a rare case, if a vendor cannot accept your event we will revert your payment promptly.

What if I need to make changes to my order after it's been confirmed?

No problem! If you need to make changes to your order, simply reach out to the vendor directly through our platform. They'll do their best to accommodate your requests, depending on their availability and the timing of your event.

Is there a cancellation policy for orders?
